A: We currently offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and fees vary by location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days (domestic) or 7–14 days (international). Expedited options are available. However, items are currently available on pre-order. Pre-orders take 21 days to arrive. This is the due to the fact that our pieces are sourced from Asia and some other parts of the world.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if contacted immediately (within 12 hours). Once your order is processed, we’re unable to make adjustments.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 24 hours for store credit or exchange, provided items are unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Sale items are final.
